Administrator accounts (Admins) can make changes for other users. Admin privileges include sharing and copying channels, editing user information and passwords, and making changes in user accounts.

 

Admins may also create additional Admins if needed. Discuss whether you need Admin privileges with your current Admin or your designated Customer Engagement Manager.
