You can rename, edit, or remove any channels by clicking on the gears icon in the top right corner of each channel view.

Note: If the correct account name is not on the drop-down list, click on “Request Coverage for [Desired Account Name]” to send a request to our Support Team.
Sometimes common company names or user typos in the Set Up Your Accounts Channel steps can result in incorrect matching.
When this occurs, click on the magnifying glass icon beside the incorrectly matched company name.
Then choose the intended company from the drop-down.
If your desired company is not listed within the drop-down, scroll to the bottom of the drop-down list and select Request Coverage for “[your entry]”.

Shared channels can be copied as personal channels to enable full customization. You can make any changes in a copied channel you can in your regular channels, including panel management and modifications to the topics or companies tracked.
