Manage Channels

You can rename, edit, or remove any channels by clicking on the gears icon in the top right corner of each channel view.

Manage Your Accounts Channel

Adding Accounts

  1. Click the gears icon
  2. Select Edit Accounts
  3. Enter a list of companies, tickers, or SEDOLS, see: Set Up Your Accounts Channel
  4. Click Add to List
  5. Select Update Channel in the top right corner to save

Deleting Accounts

  1. Click the gears icon
  2. Select Edit Accounts
  3. Click the trashcan icon next to Accounts to delete
  4. Select Update Channel in the top right corner to save

Correcting Account Names

  1. Click the gears icon
  2. Select Edit Accounts
  3. Click the magnifying glass icon next to the incorrectly named account
  4. Select the correct account name from the drop-down suggestions
  5. Select Update Channel in the top right corner to save

Note: If the correct account name is not on the drop-down list, click on “Request Coverage for [Desired Account Name]” to send a request to our Support Team.

Rename Channels

    1. Click the gears icon
    2. Select Edit [Your Channel Name]
    3. Enter desired channel name
    4. Select Update Channel in the top right corner to save

Manage Channel Order

You can re-order how channels are displayed in your left sidebar menu to reflect your own priorities and match your workflow.

  1. Click Edit located next to ChannelsLeft Hand Side Edit
  2. Select and drag the gray arrow icon for channel to moveRe-Ordering Channels
  3. Drop channel in desired location
  4. Select OK to save

Remove Channels

  1. Click the gears icon
  2. Select Remove Channel
  3. Select Remove to confirm

Note: If your channel has never been set up, select No Thanks to delete the channel.

Copy Shared Channels

Shared channels can be copied as personal channels to enable full customization. You can make any changes in a copied channel you can in your regular channels, including panel management and modifications to the topics or companies tracked.

How to Copy Channels

  1. Click the gears icon
  2. Select “Copy [Channel Title]”
  3. If desired, rename channel
  4. Select Copy
