Channels provide real-time, actionable insights focused on your customers, prospects, competitors, target markets, product lines, and more. Channels help organize your business interests in a customized view.
Channels will show in your sidebar and include a set of default, standard channels that FirstRain has automatically recommended based on your role. Beyond the standard set, you can “Build Your Own” custom channel based on companies, themes, or interests of your choosing.

Note: Channels that have a double border are those that have been shared with you by an Admin versus those with a single border that are your own, non-shared channels.
