Know Who to Call and What to Say
FirstRain drives real-time analytics on your accounts, prioritizing your Salesforce dashboard’s “Talking Points” by relevant critical events that may indicate new risks or opportunities in your market.
Cross-platform synching of your Accounts
The “Who to Call” view is established by your Sales Account assignments in Salesforce. As new accounts are assigned to you, the “Who to Call” view is automatically updated. For quick access, add desired companie to “Pinned Accounts”.
Note: If no sales account assignments are found in Salesforce, a message in the “Who to Call” view will prompt you to update your User Profile by stating “Start Here”.
Adding Accounts
- When You are New to both FirstRain and Salesforce: add companies manually from the “Start Here” point under “Who to Call”, or add by CSV upload
- When You are New to Salesforce: your target account monitors and email experience will be automatically updated according to your FirstRain views
Editing Accounts
To edit your accounts directly from Salesforce, simply click “Settings”.
Pinned Accounts
“Pinned Accounts” are those you mark as a “favorite” for quicker access under the “Pinned Accounts” tab.
