Manage Your Accounts Channel

Adding Accounts

  1. Click the gears icon
  2. Select Edit Accounts
  3. Enter a list of companies, tickers, or SEDOLS, see: Set Up Your Accounts Channel
  4. Click Add to List
  5. Select Update Channel in the top right corner to save

Deleting Accounts

  1. Click the gears icon
  2. Select Edit Accounts
  3. Click the trashcan icon next to Accounts to delete
  4. Select Update Channel in the top right corner to save

Correcting Account Names

  1. Click the gears icon
  2. Select Edit Accounts
  3. Click the magnifying glass icon next to the incorrectly named account
  4. Select the correct account name from the drop-down suggestions
  5. Select Update Channel in the top right corner to save

Note: If the correct account name is not on the drop-down list, click on “Request Coverage for [Desired Account Name]” to send a request to our Support Team.
