If we are not covering a company or topic you need, you can request for it to be added. Requests can be made in two ways:
Option 1: In the Chat Feature
The Chat feature can be accessed at any time in either Web or mobile application by selecting the blue circle icon in the lower right corner.
Let our team know what company or topic you hoping to add coverage for in the resulting Chat window. Once your request has been reviewed and fulfilled, our team will notify you.
Option 2: In the Accounts Channel Set Up
While entering accounts manually as discussed in Set Up Your Accounts Channel there may be a time that the company you search is not currently available. You will be notified when this occurs by a blue exclamation mark icon. You will be notified when the company is added.
