Triggers are insights ranked by the company and the triggers you or your administrator selected. The list of triggers comes from your standard User default and includes the categories: “Deal Threats & Accelerators”, “Reasons to Check-In”, and “Good to Know”, as indicated by the corresponding colors listed below. By administrator request, triggers can be customized by our FirstRain Customer Success Team.

Default Trigger Categories

  • Red: “Deal Threats & Accelerators”
  • Green: “Reasons to Check-In”
  • Blue: “Good to Know”


Salesforce 3 Categories


You can select a trigger, by clicking on its headline, to read an excerpt of information or the full text. Triggers can be shared by selecting from the “Chat This”, “Create Task”, or “Email This” links on the trigger’s excerpt or full text view.
