As an Admin, you can share channels with multiple groups or teams. Work alongside our FirstRain Customer Success Team to set up your company’s profile and maintain your groups or teams. Once your groups or teams are set, you can share custom channels following the steps below.
How to Share Channels as an Administrator
- Click the gears icon
- Select “Share Channel”
- Select groups or teams to share with
- If desired, provide a short description of the channel
- Click Invite to Channel
Note: Even after sharing, the Admin that owns the shared channel may make any edits that can be made on a regular channel. For more information, see the section: Manage Channels
